New Inspiration Counseling is an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. We’ll provide an insurance-friendly receipt (called a superbill) you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Please note: HMO, Medicare, and MassHealth plans do not cover out-of-network services.
Working outside insurance networks gives you:
- Faster access to expert care
- More privacy—no third-party interference in your treatment
- Flexibility to choose a therapist that fits your exact needs
Call the number on your insurance card and ask:
“Do I have an out-of-network benefit for counseling?”
A superbill is a specialized, insurance-friendly receipt. It includes everything your insurer needs—service codes, diagnosis, dates, and fees—to process your reimbursement claim. You just upload it through your insurance portal or send it by mail.
We provide therapy—conveniently and effectively—over telehealth only.
For many clients, yes—especially when quality, privacy, and timely care matter most.
Out-of-network therapy gives you:
- More choice in who you work with
- Faster access to skilled therapists
- Greater privacy and control—no third-party limitations
It does mean paying up front and submitting for reimbursement yourself. But for many, the added flexibility and expert support are well worth it.
Absolutely. Our virtual care model ensures you receive high-quality support from licensed professionals—all from the comfort and privacy of your home.
